Bike I ride:	i am currently riding a mongoose nugget with shimano slx cranks, race face atlus fr bars, continental baron tyres, sram x7 gearing, sdg bell air ibeam seat and post and a pair of avid 3's.
Favorite Trails:	Fort William, avill ball, various local tracks that we have rustled up, epping woods, various dirt jump spots around and about harlow, exeter, newton abbot...and so on.
